Item 10053 230mm / 9” Industrial Long Nose Locking Pliers from Tolsen

Heavy-duty industrial-grade long nose locking pliers, ideal for securely holding and gripping metal and other objects in a fixed and stable manner.

Features a two-section tapering jaws with a pointed tip for working in confined areas, and a handle that can be solidly locked into position.

Top section has flat knurled jaws for added grip, while bottom section has a semi-rounded jagged cut-out in the jaws for gripping rounded stock.

Maximum jaw opening is 65mm, or about 2.5 inches, that is finely controlled on one side of the handle via a grip adjustment bolt.

Handles remain tightly closed until a release lever on the other side of the handle is actuated to unlock the grip.

NOTE: Set the adjusting bolt to open the jaws to a size just slightly smaller than the object to be gripped. Setting to a much smaller size than the object will apply excessive force and may damage the object.

Made from nickel-finished chrome vanadium (CrV) steel for durability, with long arms for maximum leverage.

Long nose locking pliers are often used in tight and cramped spaces which cannot be reached otherwise.
