1. For Metro Manila residents, we can do same day delivery from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday.

2. We currently ship via Lalamove or Grab, and via Transportify for large bulky items.

3. For residents outside Metro Manila, we suggest ordering from our Lazada storefront, as shipping fees are much lower than the rates charged by the regular courier services.

4. Delivery fees apply and are to be paid for by the customer. Payment of order plus delivery can be via COD (cash-on-delivery), or via GCash, bank transfer or PayPal. Please refer to our Payment Options.

5. As soon as the order is picked up from our office, we will send a link to track your order.

6. We take great care and effort to ensure that items that leave our premises for shipping are 100% operational, and are packaged as securely as possible to protect from any physical damage whatsoever that may be caused during delivery.

   In this regard, any claim for any physical damage upon receipt of customer must be duly acknowledged by, and forwarded to, the courier.
